Scope and project documentation
A national laboratory attestation or personnel certificate has its own scope and conditions. It does not automatically establish acceptance under every country’s or customer’s qualification scheme. The relevant requirements, personnel assignments, metrological status and reporting route are defined for the project.
The technical record identifies the product, inspected boundaries, method and programme, equipment, actual test conditions, sensitivity checks, observations and assessment against the agreed criterion.
