Training around your equipment and process
LeakLab provides individual instruction on leak-detector operation, vacuum-pump commissioning and leak-test implementation. Training can take place at the laboratory or at the customer’s site with the equipment used in the actual process.
Practical scope
- Read the vacuum schematic, identify components and check connections.
- Prepare the instrument and test object; select the appropriate operating mode.
- Check response using a suitable reference leak and evaluate background.
- Perform the agreed procedure and record conditions and results.
- Recognise maintenance needs and use the manufacturer’s service instructions.
The programme is adapted to equipment models, staff experience and the required competence. Send the models, process, learning objectives, group size, site and preferred language.
