LeakLab ManoTest Pneumatic Leak-Test Instrument
ManoTest performs automated leak testing by monitoring pressure change in a sealed product or by comparing it with a reference volume. It supports production recipes, timed process stages and pass/fail evaluation.

Test pressure, stabilization time, volume, temperature drift and fixture leakage determine the practical detection limit. The selected pressure module, valve block, flow conversion, port size, communication interface and safety circuit must be documented in the final configuration.
Pressure-decay testing measures total system behavior; reference parts, periodic challenge tests and a validated correlation to the reject leak are required for production use.
