KOG Helium Spray Kit
The KOG kit delivers helium to welds, joints, seals and penetrations while a connected mass-spectrometer leak detector monitors the evacuated interior.
Typical contents
- Helium-compatible pressure regulator selected for cylinder pressure
- Flexible supply hose and isolation valve
- Fine applicator or spray nozzle for local testing
- Adapters and protective case as specified
Use the lowest practical helium flow and work systematically to avoid saturating the detector and contaminating the test area. Verify regulator pressure rating, cylinder connection, materials, hose length, fittings and leak tightness before use.
Applicable test standards, personnel qualification, tracer concentration, spray order, dwell time and acceptance criterion belong in the customer's validated procedure; they are not conferred by the kit itself.
