Project-configured 125 L vacuum-chamber system for integral helium leak testing. Chamber, pumps, valves, detector interface, tracer-gas handling, fixtures and automation are engineered for the product and acceptance cycle.
Description
LeakLab V125 Helium Vacuum-Chamber Leak-Test System
The V125 is a nominal 125 L chamber platform for integral testing of components filled or dosed with helium. It can quantify total tracer-gas flow into an evacuated chamber when the test cycle, background control and calibration are validated.
| Nominal chamber volume | 125 L |
|---|---|
| Source concept high-vacuum stage | Approximately 300 L/s turbomolecular pump |
| Source concept backing stage | Approximately 6 L/s |
| Source concept chamber pressure | Down to approximately 1 × 10−2 Pa; guaranteed value depends on the final design and test conditions |
The system is engineered around product dimensions, maximum pressure, helium charge, required detection limit, throughput and background recovery. Fixtures, lid actuation, guards, pressure relief, evacuation, venting and interlocks must be included in the risk assessment.
No universal leak-rate sensitivity or standard compliance is implied. Acceptance performance must be demonstrated using the defined test piece, reference leak, background level and calibration procedure.
