Description
KYKY ZQJ Helium Leak Detector with Dry Backing Pump
This configuration is intended for applications where an oil-sealed backing pump is undesirable, including clean vacuum chambers, electronics, optics and process tooling. Helium is detected selectively by a mass-spectrometer analyzer; vacuum and sniffer methods can be supported when included in the ordered configuration.
Configuration principles
- Dry backing pump selected for chamber volume, gas load and required cycle time.
- High-vacuum analyzer package, inlet valve, gauges and protection logic matched as one system.
- Sniffer probe, reference leak, remote I/O and data interfaces supplied only when specified.
- Final sensitivity, maximum test-start pressure, response time and pump-down time are guaranteed by the approved configuration sheet.
Removing oil from the backing stage reduces the risk of hydrocarbon backstreaming, but it does not make every internal component lubricant-free. Gas compatibility, exhaust handling, purge requirements and maintenance intervals must be checked for the process.
Calibration or verification can be arranged where contractually specified. The responsible laboratory, method, uncertainty, traceability chain and legal status depend on the destination country and are not implied by the product name.
