Helium mass-spectrometer leak detector available with oil-sealed or dry backing configurations. ULVAC specifies sensitivity below 5 × 10⁻¹³ Pa·m³/s, a 7-inch wireless tablet interface and vacuum or sniffer testing.
Description
ULVAC HELIOT 900 Helium Leak Detector
The HELIOT 900 series detects 4He and 2H2 and supports quantitative vacuum testing and sniffer localization. Models are available with oil-sealed rotary-vane or dry scroll backing pumps and with integrated or cart-mounted layouts.

| Test port | NW25 |
| Startup | <2 min in the product specification; calibration settings can extend readiness time |
| Operator interface | 7-inch wireless tablet |
| Interfaces | RS-232C, RS-485, analog output and digital I/O |
| Languages listed by ULVAC | English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German and Spanish |
| Operating environment | 10–40 °C; 35–85% RH, non-condensing |
| Acoustic noise | ≤70 dB(A) |
| Power | 100–120 or 200–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, model-dependent |
Dimensions, mass, backing speed and pump type depend on the exact 901/904 and W/D version. Select the model from the current ULVAC datasheet and specify sniffer probe, inlet accessories, cart, cables and reference leak separately.
