Application-specific helium mass-spectrometer leak detector package with a dry backing pump for clean processes. The analyzer platform, pumping speed, accessories, automation interface and guaranteed performance are defined in the final project specification.
Description
KYKY ZQJ Helium Leak Detector — Dry LeakLab Integration Package
This project package combines a KYKY helium mass-spectrometer analyzer with a selected dry backing pump. It is intended for clean vacuum chambers, electronic assemblies, optical equipment and other applications where hydrocarbon contamination from an oil-sealed forepump should be minimized.
Package design
- Analyzer platform selected from the current KYKY range
- Dry backing pump sized for the test volume, gas load and cycle time
- Automatic valves, pressure measurement and analyzer-protection logic
- Vacuum inlet, sniffer probe and reference leak as required
- Remote I/O, serial or network integration when included in the approved scope
- English documentation, commissioning and training options
A dry backing stage reduces hydrocarbon backstreaming risk but does not by itself guarantee a contamination-free process. Materials, purge gas, exhaust connection, seals, fixture cleanliness and maintenance must be engineered together.
The former page treated “ZQJ-LeakLab-3301” as a fixed instrument model and mixed typical values from several products. This page intentionally makes the configuration boundary explicit: sensitivity, measurement range, maximum inlet pressure, response, pump-down time, flange, power and interfaces are contractual parameters of the selected system.
Calibration or verification can be included only with a named method, laboratory, uncertainty and destination-country acceptance requirement. No automatic national-register or legal-metrology status is implied.
