Electrically actuated ultra-high-vacuum gate valves in nominal sizes DN35–DN400. KYKY CCD valves use CF or ISO-F flanges, a stepper-motor drive and PNP photoelectric open/closed position sensing.
Description
KYKY CCD Electrically Actuated Ultra-High-Vacuum Gate Valves
The CCD series uses a stepper motor and lead-screw drive for remote isolation of vacuum lines. Adjustable travel limits and PNP photoelectric sensors support automated pumping and process sequences.
| Models / nominal sizes | CCD-35B, 50B, 63B, 80A, 100A, 150A, 200A, 250A, 320B and 400B; DN35–DN400 |
|---|---|
| Standard flanges | CF or ISO-F |
| Application pressure range | 1 × 105 to 1 × 10−6 Pa |
| Specified leak rate | ≤1.3 × 10−10 Pa·m³/s |
| Drive supply | 180–240 V AC |
| Position indication | PNP photoelectric switches |
| Bakeout temperature | 150 °C open; 120 °C closed |
| Mounting orientation | Valve body horizontal or motor upward |
| Permitted media | Air and non-corrosive gases |
The legacy source page stated ISO-K flanges, arbitrary mounting and a tactile switch. Current KYKY data specifies CF/ISO-F, horizontal or motor-up installation, and PNP photoelectric position sensing.
Confirm model, flange, cable, switch logic, control voltage tolerance, seal material and fail-safe behavior. Interlock the valve position with pump and vent sequences.
