Heated capacitance diaphragm gauge with contamination-control features for absolute-pressure measurement. CM1E configurations are described with 0.1 to 1000 Torr full scales, 45 °C or 100 °C temperature control and a linear 0–10 V output.
Description
CBVAC CM1E Heated Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge
The CM1E is described as a heated, contamination-resistant version of the CM1 capacitance diaphragm gauge. Controlled body temperature can reduce condensation and temperature-driven zero shift, but it does not make the sensor compatible with every corrosive or depositing process.

Heating requires suitable warm-up time, thermal clearance and cable/power sizing. Deposition, particles and condensable media can still change the zero and damage the diaphragm.
Confirm full scale, accuracy grade, heater setpoint, contamination protection, wetted materials, fitting, power, pinout, zeroing and calibration documentation before ordering.
