Heated absolute-pressure capacitance diaphragm gauge with a remote-zero input and particle-trap feature. DM1 configurations cover selected full scales from 0.1 to 1000 Torr, with 45 °C or 100 °C temperature control and a linear 0–10 V output.
Description
CBVAC DM1 Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge
The DM1 adds remote-zero control and a particle-control feature to a heated capacitance diaphragm pressure transducer. It measures absolute pressure independently of gas thermal conductivity; process compatibility remains material- and condition-specific.

Remote zero must be used only under the pressure and warm-up conditions specified by the manufacturer; zeroing at an unsuitable pressure hides measurement error. The internal particle trap does not replace upstream process protection.
Confirm full scale, heater, fitting, remote-zero logic, pinout, wetted materials, accuracy basis and calibration before ordering.
