AGP2110 capacitance diaphragm gauge for absolute-pressure measurement from 0 to 1 Torr. The source record states ±0.3% of reading accuracy, ≤60 ms response, 0–10 V output, RS-485 Modbus RTU, TFT display and KF16 connection. Confirm the exact wetted materials, zeroing conditions, overpressure rating, calibration and interface before ordering.
Description
AGP2110 Capacitance Diaphragm Vacuum Gauge
The AGP2110 measures absolute pressure from 0 to 1 Torr by detecting capacitance change as a thin diaphragm deflects. A diaphragm-based measurement is largely independent of gas species, while chemical compatibility depends on the exact wetted materials and process conditions.

| Display | Color TFT-LCD with front-panel controls |
| Supply | 15–30 V DC |
| Vacuum connection | KF16; adapter options are stated for KF25, VCR and NPT |
| Materials stated in source record | Inconel sensing element, 304 stainless-steel body and electropolished flange surface |
| Operating temperature | +5 to +50 °C |
| Display units | Pa, Torr and mbar |
| Maximum pressure stated in source record | 300 kPa |
| Warm-up time | 15 minutes |
Analog Scaling
For the stated 0–1 Torr configuration, the source record specifies U = 10 × P, where U is the output in volts and P is pressure in Torr. An indicated 0.5 Torr therefore corresponds to 5 V.
Communications and Zeroing
The DB9 RS-485 interface supports Modbus RTU. The stated menu options include addresses 1–255, baud rates of 4800, 9600, 19200 and 115200, and pressure-unit selection.
The source record specifies zero adjustment below 5 × 10−5 Torr after at least 15 minutes of warm-up. Follow the exact product manual for zeroing, mounting orientation and maximum-pressure limits.
Typical uses include pressure control for coating, plasma, vacuum-drying and research equipment. Confirm process-media compatibility, accuracy basis, temperature effects, fittings, output scaling, Modbus map, calibration documentation and warranty terms before ordering.
