Compact MEMS Pirani gauge for air and nitrogen from 5 × 10−2 to 1 × 10⁵ Pa according to the current manufacturer manual. The display-equipped instrument provides a logarithmic analog output and RS-485 Modbus RTU communication, with 9–24 V DC power and a KF16 connection.
Description
ASAIR AGP3000 Pirani Vacuum Gauge
The AGP3000 is a thermal-conductivity vacuum gauge for low- and medium-vacuum monitoring. Its MEMS Pirani sensor is calibrated for nitrogen or air, and its response depends on gas composition. The integrated TFT display and front-panel controls allow local indication and setup.
| Measurement range | 5 × 10−2 to 1 × 105 Pa for nitrogen or air |
|---|---|
| Accuracy stated in the current manufacturer manual | ±50% of reading from 5 × 10−2 to 1 × 10−1 Pa; ±15% from 1 × 10−1 to 1 × 104 Pa; ±50% from 1 × 104 to 1 × 105 Pa |
| Repeatability | ±2% from 1 × 10−1 to 1 × 104 Pa under the stated nitrogen calibration conditions |
| Analog output | 0.61–10 V DC, logarithmic; verify the exact transfer function for the supplied revision |
| Digital interface | RS-485, Modbus RTU |
| Supply | 9–24 V DC |
| Power consumption | ≤1 W |
| Vacuum connection | KF16, 304 stainless steel with an electropolished surface |
| Display | TFT-LCD with pressure and signal indication |
Typical applications include vacuum drying, packaging, coating, thermal processing, pump systems and laboratory equipment. Gas-specific correction is required when measuring gases other than nitrogen or air.
The original source page contained inconsistent range and accuracy figures. This English card uses the current manufacturer manual values. Confirm the product revision, cable, power adapter, Modbus register map, analog-output equation, gas correction and calibration documentation before ordering. Do not use the gauge as the sole protective interlock where failure could create a hazardous condition.
