AGP10 absolute-pressure transducer for 0–100 Torr using an oil-isolated piezoresistive silicon sensor. Stated accuracy: ±0.5% full scale; output: 1–5 V; response time: ≤50 ms; supply: 15–24 V DC; KF16 connection. Confirm media compatibility, calibration and exact electrical connection before ordering.
Description
AGP10 Piezoresistive Absolute Pressure Gauge, 0–100 Torr
The AGP10 uses a piezoresistive silicon sensor to measure absolute pressure. Pressure deflects the sensing structure and changes the resistance of integrated strain elements; electronics convert this change into a linear analog output. The source record describes an oil-isolated sensor construction.

| Vacuum connection | KF16 |
| Body material | 316L stainless steel |
| Electrical connector | Hirschmann-type connector stated in source record |
| Weight | 0.45 kg |
Because it is a mechanical absolute-pressure measurement, the response is much less dependent on gas thermal properties than a Pirani gauge. This does not establish compatibility with every gas: diaphragm, fill fluid, seals and other wetted materials must be checked for the process medium.
Typical applications include vacuum packaging, drying, degassing, vacuum furnaces, pump stations and industrial pressure control. Factory calibration is stated in the source record. Additional accredited calibration may be arranged where required, but its scope and acceptance in the destination country must be agreed before ordering.
Confirm the exact range, media compatibility, overpressure limit, output pinout, connector, fitting, calibration certificate and installation orientation before use.
