Description
AGP10 Piezoresistive Absolute Pressure Gauge, 0–1000 Torr
This AGP10 configuration measures absolute pressure from 0 to 1000 Torr using an oil-isolated piezoresistive silicon sensor. It is intended for technical-vacuum and near-atmospheric pressure monitoring.
| Measurement range | 0 to 1000 Torr absolute |
|---|---|
| Accuracy | ±0.5% full scale |
| Output | 1–5 V DC, linear |
| Supply | 15–24 V DC |
| Response time | ≤50 ms |
| Vacuum connection | KF16 |
| Body material | 316L stainless steel |
| Electrical connector | Hirschmann-type connector stated in source record |
Typical applications include vacuum thermal chambers, autoclaves, residual-pressure monitoring, vacuum packaging, drying, degassing, metallurgy and pump stations.
The source record states factory calibration for accuracy and repeatability. Additional accredited calibration can be agreed where required. Calibration documentation is jurisdiction- and unit-specific and must be confirmed for the destination quality system.
Confirm the exact media compatibility, overpressure rating, temperature range, output pinout, fitting, installation orientation and calibration certificate before ordering. A 0–1000 Torr full-scale transducer should not be presented as a high-vacuum gauge; usable low-end resolution and uncertainty must be taken from the manufacturer documentation.
