Description
ASAIR AGP2111 Capacitance Diaphragm Vacuum Gauge
The AGP2111 measures absolute pressure from 0 to 10 Torr by detecting the capacitance change produced by diaphragm deflection. The measurement principle is largely independent of gas species; chemical compatibility still depends on the complete set of wetted materials and process conditions.
| Measurement range | 0 to 10 Torr absolute |
|---|---|
| Accuracy stated in source record | ±0.3% of measured value |
| Response time | ≤60 ms |
| Analog output | 0–10 V, linear |
| Digital interface | RS-485, Modbus RTU |
| Display | Color TFT-LCD with front-panel controls |
| Supply | 15–30 V DC |
| Vacuum connection | KF16; adapter options may be available for KF25, VCR and NPT |
| Materials stated in source record | Inconel sensing element, 304 stainless-steel body and electropolished flange surface |
| Operating temperature | +5 to +50 °C |
| Maximum pressure stated in source record | 300 kPa |
| Warm-up time | 15 min before precision adjustment or measurement |
For the stated 0–10 Torr configuration, a linear 0–10 V output corresponds nominally to 1 V per Torr. Use the exact manufacturer transfer function and pinout for control-system scaling.
Confirm wetted-material compatibility, temperature effects, zeroing conditions, overpressure rating, mounting orientation, cable, Modbus map and calibration documentation before ordering. Additional accredited calibration can be agreed where required, but its scope and destination-country acceptance must be specified.
