Meradat SK-TS6/K/CF16 Thermal Vacuum Sensor
The SK-TS6/K/CF16 is a wide-range thermal vacuum transducer for dry air or nitrogen. The bolted CF16 connection is intended for rigid vacuum assemblies where a metal-sealed flange is required.

Prepare the CF sealing surfaces correctly, tighten fasteners evenly and avoid bending load on the sensor body. Protect the sensing element from contamination and sudden pressure changes. Thermal response is gas-dependent.
