Multi-sensor controller for wide-range vacuum measurement using compatible thermal and ionization heads. Depending on the selected channels and heads, the source family covers high vacuum through atmospheric pressure with relay and communication options.
Description
VIT19 Wide-Range Vacuum Gauge Controller
The VIT19 combines readings from selected thermal and ionization gauge heads to monitor a vacuum system over multiple pressure decades. The exact range is determined by the ordered controller version and sensors.
System functions
- Local pressure indication for one or more compatible heads
- Programmable relay outputs for pump, valve or alarm logic
- Optional analog output, RS-485 communication and data logging
- Automatic transition between sensor ranges when supported by the configuration
The former page advertised an overall range from 1 × 10−5 to 102,000 Pa. This is a system-level envelope, not the guaranteed accuracy range of one sensor. The selected thermal and ionization heads, overlap points, gas correction, cable length and controller suffix must be documented in the quotation.
Ionization gauges must be interlocked against operation at excessive pressure. Calibration or verification is available only as an explicitly defined, jurisdiction-specific service.
