Vacuum pressure measurement and rate-of-rise test kit based on the Leybold THERMOVAC TTR 91 RN Pirani transmitter. The current manufacturer range is atmospheric pressure to 0.05 Pa, with ±15% accuracy across the central 10,000–0.1 Pa interval.
Description
LeakLab Vacuum Rise Test Kit with Leybold TTR 91 RN
The kit records chamber pressure over time for pump-down and isolated rate-of-rise tests. With a known test volume, the pressure slope can be used to estimate total gas load. That result combines real leaks, outgassing, permeation and trapped volumes unless the test method separates them.
| Transmitter | Leybold THERMOVAC TTR 91 RN |
|---|---|
| Measurement range | Atmospheric pressure to 5 × 10−2 Pa |
| Accuracy | ±15% from 100 to 1 × 10−3 mbar; ±50% at the upper and lower ends of the stated range |
| Repeatability | 2% of reading from 100 to 1 × 10−3 mbar |
| Typical process connection | DN16 ISO-KF; other current variants are available |
| Output | 0–10 V analog or serial interface depending on ordering code |
| Supply | 15–48 V DC |
Pirani readings depend on gas species; the transmitter is normally characterized for a specified calibration gas. A rate-of-rise calculation is not a direct leak-localization method and should not be described as automatically separating leakage from outgassing.
Confirm the exact TTR suffix, flange, connector, output curve, display, data logger, calibration and software scope before ordering.
