Dual-channel controller for continuous vacuum measurement with one thermal-sensor channel and one ionization-sensor channel. This 4-relay / 1-analog-output / RS-485 / 4 MB configuration covers up to 1.3 × 10−5 to 1.0 × 10⁵ Pa, depending on the selected sensor pair.
Description

Meradat-VIT19IT2 Dual-Channel Vacuum Gauge
The Meradat-VIT19IT2 combines one thermal channel for rough and medium vacuum with one ionization channel for high vacuum. The selected sensor pair determines the actual pressure range, accuracy and safe channel-switching thresholds.
| Measurement channels | 1 thermal and 1 ionization |
|---|---|
| Maximum combined range | 1.3 × 10−5 to 1.0 × 105 Pa, sensor-dependent |
| Supported thermal sensors | SK-TP4, PMT-2, PMT-4M, SK-TS6 and PMT-6-3 / PMT-6-3M-1 |
| Supported ionization sensors | PMI-2, SK-I2 and PMI-10-2 as stated for applicable instrument revisions |
| PMI-2 / SK-I2 range | 1.3 × 10−5 to 1.3 × 10−1 Pa |
| PMI-10-2 range | 1.3 × 10−3 to 1.3 × 102 Pa |
| Display | 320 × 240 graphical LCD; approximately 120 × 90 mm viewing area |
| Ionization-sensor protection | Automatic protection through a discrete input and configured switching logic |
| Relay outputs | 4 in the selected catalog configuration; normally open 5 A and normally closed 3 A at 230 V stated in source record |
| Analog output | 0–20 mA; load ≤500 Ω |
| Communications | RS-485, Modbus ASCII/RTU |
| Archive | 4 MB in the selected configuration |
| Power | 230 V, 50 Hz; ≤45 VA in the source configuration |
| Enclosure | Approximately 230 × 137 × 107 mm; panel cutout 222 × 127 mm; weight ≤2.5 kg |
The relay outputs can provide alarms and process interlocks, while the current output and Modbus connection transmit pressure to a control system. Sensor protection and switching logic must be commissioned for the actual thermal/ionization pair so that the high-vacuum sensor cannot operate above its safe pressure.
The source record identifies Russian State Register entry No. 41616-09, procedure MI 140-89 and a one-year verification interval. This is jurisdiction-specific; confirm the current instrument revision, metrology status and acceptance in the destination country.
technical infographics, video and slides from the source page are intentionally omitted. Confirm both sensors, cables, relay count and contact rating, analog output, archive capacity, Modbus documentation and verification scope before ordering.
