Integrated automatic pressure-control gate valve for regulating chamber pressure or isolating a vacuum line. The KYKY APC controller uses gauge feedback and a self-learning control algorithm to position the gate with ±0.1% full-scale accuracy.
Description
KYKY APC Automatic Pressure-Control Gate Valve
The APC valve changes line conductance by positioning its gate between the chamber and main pump. Its controller compares a pressure-gauge signal with the requested setpoint, calculates the required gate position and fine-tunes the opening for stable process pressure. Position-control mode is also available.
| Standard flanges | CF or ISO-F |
|---|---|
| Application pressure range | 1 × 105 to 1 × 10−6 Pa; the current web page drops the minus sign, but KYKY catalog literature and the product context support 10−6 Pa |
| Valve-body leak rate | ≤1.3 × 10−10 Pa·m³/s |
| Maximum opening differential | <3,000 Pa |
| Bakeout limit | Valve ≤150 °C; controller ≤50 °C |
| Position-control accuracy | ±0.1% full scale |
| Pressure-gauge input | 0–10 V DC |
| Controller supply | 24 V DC |
| Control functions | Self-learning pressure control and position control |
Nominal bore, exact model suffix, control interfaces and included gauge are configuration-dependent and must be confirmed. Do not infer pressure-control accuracy directly from position accuracy without a defined chamber, gas flow, gauge and pump.
Validate fail-safe behavior, pressure-sensor scaling, allowable gases, seal material, actuator air and software interface before process integration.
