Automatic butterfly valve for closed-loop vacuum-process pressure control. GID variants cover DN25–DN63 connections, accept 0–10 V gauge feedback and support analog control plus RS-485 communication from a 24 V DC supply.
Description
KYKY GID Automatic Pressure-Control Butterfly Valve
The GID regulates effective pumping speed by rotating a butterfly disc between the chamber and pump. The controller can operate in pressure or position mode using real-time gauge feedback for thin-film deposition, etching, display, photovoltaic and other controlled-vacuum processes.

Control performance depends on chamber volume, gas species and flow, pump speed, gauge dynamics, tuning and valve sizing. Confirm the current model datasheet, seal, connector pinout, protocol, response time and fail position.
The source page used the generic name APC; KYKY identifies the exhibited automatic pressure-control butterfly valve as the GID series.
