KYKY CCQ Large-Diameter Ultra-High-Vacuum Pneumatic Gate Valves
The large-bore CCQ series places the pneumatic cylinder at the side of the valve to reduce overall height. A 316L welded bellows is used as the moving shaft seal in KYKY's current product description.

The earlier source record called this a CCD electric series even though its data described a pneumatic actuator. KYKY's current large-diameter catalog identifies the DN500–DN1250 side-actuated family as CCQ.
These heavy valves require engineered supports, lifting points, actuator clearance and interlocked sequencing. Confirm mass, center of gravity, closure differential, solenoid and sensor interfaces for the selected DN.
