Description
KYKY 3L-50 Triode Sputter-Ion Pump
The 3L-50 is an oil-free triode ion pump for compact ultra-high vacuum chambers, mass spectrometers and electron-optical systems. It has no rotating parts and its triode electrode arrangement improves pumping of inert gases compared with the corresponding diode design.
| Nitrogen pumping speed | 55 L/s |
|---|---|
| Argon pumping speed | 12 L/s |
| Ultimate pressure | 7 × 10−8 Pa |
| Maximum start pressure | ≤5 × 10−4 Pa |
| Inlet flange | CF100 |
| Working voltage | −5 kV |
| Electrode units | 2 |
| Maximum bakeout temperature | <200 °C with magnets / <300 °C without magnets |
| Indicative weight | Approximately 22 kg |
| Bakeout jacket | Not included in the stated configuration |
Use a suitable preliminary vacuum stage and follow the manufacturer procedure for start-up, bakeout and conditioning. Final pressure depends on chamber gas load, conductance, cleanliness and measurement method.
Confirm the current datasheet, dimensions, controller, cable, magnets, flange and scope of supply before ordering.
