Oil-sealed two-stage rotary vane pump with a nominal pumping speed of 6 L/s at 50 Hz and an ultimate pressure of 4 × 10−2 Pa with the gas ballast closed. It provides gas ballast and anti-suckback protection for rough-vacuum and backing applications.
Description
KYKY RV6 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
The RV6 is a direct-drive, two-stage oil-sealed pump for rough vacuum, chamber evacuation and backing of high-vacuum pumps. The pressure-oil circulation and anti-suckback design support continuous service within the stated operating limits.
| Nominal pumping speed | 6 L/s at 50 Hz; 7.2 L/s at 60 Hz |
|---|---|
| Ultimate pressure, gas ballast closed | 4 × 10−2 Pa |
| Ultimate pressure, gas ballast I / II | 4 × 10−1 Pa / 4 Pa |
| Permissible water-vapor pressure | 3,000 Pa in the applicable manufacturer manual |
| Inlet / exhaust connection | DN25KF in the manufacturer manual; confirm any optional flange variant |
| Oil charge | Approximately 2.0 L |
| Motor | 0.75 kW; single- or three-phase options are identified in manufacturer literature |
| Nominal speed | 1,420 rpm at 50 Hz; 1,710 rpm at 60 Hz |
| Noise with gas ballast closed | Approximately 52 dB(A) |
| Approximate weight | 35 kg |
Typical applications include leak-test systems, research chambers, vacuum furnaces, coating equipment and backing service. Gas ballast can reduce condensation in the oil but raises ultimate pressure.
The original source card listed a larger motor and DN40KF connections; this English card follows the KYKY operating manual. Confirm the supplied motor, voltage, phase, fittings, oil and exhaust filter. Do not pump incompatible, explosive or corrosive gases without an engineered process configuration.
