Integrated high-vacuum station with 110 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, an RV-4 oil-sealed backing pump and FD-110B controller. The FJ-110 supports air or water cooling and operates from 220 V, 50 Hz power.
Description
KYKY FJ-110 Turbomolecular Pumping Station
The FJ-110 combines an FF-100/110 compound turbomolecular pump, RV-4 backing pump, vacuum measurement, valves and controls in a vertical mobile frame. It is intended for surface analysis, accelerator and plasma equipment, electronic-device production and general high-vacuum work.
| Turbomolecular pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 110 / 100 / 50 / 100 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 108 / 1 × 102 / 1 × 102 / 1 × 108 |
| Station ultimate pressure / measurement range | 5 × 10−5 Pa / 1 × 10−5 to 1 × 105 Pa |
| Recommended starting pressure | <10 Pa in the current product page |
| Vacuum connections | KYKY documents conflict: current page lists DN25 ISO-KF inlet and outlet; catalog literature lists a DN100 CF or ISO-K high-vacuum inlet and DN25 ISO-KF foreline |
| Backing pump / controller | RV-4 oil-sealed rotary-vane pump / FD-110B |
| Cooling | Air at 5–32 °C ambient, or water at >1 L/min and ≤25 °C |
| Power | 220 V AC ±10%, 50 Hz |
| Mounting / dimensions / weight | Vertical / 500 × 510 × 840 mm / 52 kg |
The station uses an oil-sealed RV-4 backing pump in the standard configuration, so it should not be described as an entirely oil-free system. Confirm the current flange layout from the ordering drawing before integration.
Confirm gauge, valves, cooling kit, controller interfaces, exhaust management and supplied accessories. Interlock the backing pump, pressure, cooling and turbopump speed.
