Mobile enclosed high-vacuum station with 296 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, touchscreen control and an integral measurement system. FJ-300 uses an RV-4 oil-sealed backing pump; FJ-300G uses a WXP-3A-03 dry scroll pump.
Description
KYKY FJ-300 / FJ-300G Turbomolecular Pumping Station
The FJ-300 family is an enclosed mobile station combining a compound turbomolecular pump, backing pump, high-vacuum valve, vacuum measurement and stainless-steel plumbing. A 7-inch touchscreen and interlocks support automated operation, and a bypass pumping line is standard in current KYKY data.
