Industrial high-vacuum station with 700 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, RV-6 oil-sealed backing pump and TCDP-II controller. The FJ-700 supports water cooling, 380 V three-phase power and vertical installation.
Description
KYKY FJ-700 Turbomolecular Pumping Station
The FJ-700 combines an FF-160/700 compound turbomolecular pump, RV-6 backing pump, combined vacuum measurement, valves and controls in a vertical industrial station for surface analysis, accelerator, plasma and general high-vacuum systems.
| Turbomolecular pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 700 / 580 / 260 / 680 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 109 / 1 × 107 / 1 × 106 / 1 × 109 |
| Station ultimate pressure | 5 × 10−5 Pa |
| Recommended starting pressure | <10 Pa |
| Turbopump main inlet / foreline | DN160 CF or DN160 ISO-K / DN40 ISO-KF in KYKY catalog literature |
| Station service connections | Current product page additionally lists KF40 and KF25; confirm the ordering drawing |
| Backing pump / controller | RV-6 oil-sealed rotary-vane pump / TCDP-II |
| Cooling | Water at >1 L/min and ≤25 °C; current page also lists an air-cooled option |
| Power | 380 V AC ±20 V, 50 Hz |
| Ambient / mounting | 5–40 °C water-cooled or 5–32 °C air-cooled / vertical |
| Dimensions / weight | 550 × 690 × 850 mm water-cooled or 915 mm high air-cooled / 135 kg |
Station-level ultimate pressure is 5 × 10−5 Pa even though the bare turbomolecular pump has a lower conditional ultimate-pressure specification. Effective speed and base pressure depend on plumbing conductance, seals, chamber condition and backing performance.
Confirm FJ-700 or FJ-700F suffix, flange layout, gauge, cooling option, controller, mains connection and supplied accessories. Use engineered lifting and fully interlocked pump-down and vent sequences.
