Compact high-vacuum station with a 62 L/s nitrogen turbomolecular pump and an integrated backing pump. The FJ-80 uses air cooling, a DN63 CF or ISO-K high-vacuum inlet and 220 V, 50 Hz power; the FJ-80G variant uses a dry backing pump.
Description
KYKY FJ-80 Turbomolecular Pumping Station
The FJ-80 combines an FF-63/80 turbomolecular pump, backing pump, controls and vacuum plumbing in a compact vertical station. It is intended for analytical instruments, leak-detection systems, small vacuum chambers and research equipment.
| Turbomolecular pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 62 / 55 / 34 / 65 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 109 / 1 × 105 / 1 × 104 / 1 × 109 |
| Station ultimate pressure | 5 × 10−5 Pa |
| Recommended starting pressure | <10 Pa in the current KYKY product data |
| High-vacuum inlet | DN63 CF or DN63 ISO-K |
| Backing pump | GHD-031B for FJ-80; SVF-E1-20 dry pump for FJ-80G |
| Cooling | Air |
| Power | 220 V AC ±20 V, 50 Hz |
| Ambient temperature / mounting | 5–40 °C / vertical |
| Dimensions / weight | 400 × 300 × 260 mm / 16–21 kg depending on version |
The legacy source title claimed 2 × 10−6 Pa; KYKY's current station data states 5 × 10−5 Pa. Foreline termination also varies by revision: current data lists an 8 mm quick connector for FJ-80 and 10 mm for FJ-80G, while an older catalog shows DN16 ISO-KF. Confirm the exact build.
Confirm backing-pump type, inlet seal, foreline connector, controller, gauge, valves, cables and supplied accessories. An oil-sealed backing pump and a dry backing pump have different contamination and maintenance requirements.
