LeakLab F65 Oil-Mist Exhaust Separator
The F65 reduces oil aerosol discharged from a compatible oil-sealed vacuum pump. It is installed in the exhaust line and must be sized so that back pressure remains within the pump manufacturer's limit.

- Pump model, maximum exhaust flow and process gas
- Port size and permitted installation orientation
- Separation efficiency and element service life
- Drain or oil-return arrangement
- Maximum exhaust pressure and relief path
An oil-mist separator is not a substitute for safe ventilation or treatment of hazardous process gases. A saturated or blocked element can raise pump exhaust pressure and cause malfunction. Monitor condition and replace the element at the specified interval.
