Purpose
A reference leak is a device that produces a stable tracer-gas flow of known magnitude, such as a helium flow. It is used to check the sensitivity and calibrate equipment for leak detection and leak-tightness testing.
The KTK-2UP capillary helium reference leak is designed to generate a stable helium flow for setting up helium leak detectors and determining the sensitivity of leak-detection systems. It can be used for both vacuum and sniffer leak testing.
The assembly includes a body that serves as the helium reservoir, a capped charging valve for filling the device, and a KF25 flange for reliable connection to the system under test.
