Wide-range MEMS thermal-conductivity vacuum monitor for cryogenic insulation spaces. The assembled system provides a color display, 0–10 V analog output, RS-485 Modbus RTU and a KF16 connection.
Description
LeakLab AGP Vacuum Monitoring System for Cryogenic Vessels
The AGP system monitors the insulation vacuum of stationary or mobile cryogenic vessels. It uses a MEMS thermal-conductivity sensor and is supplied with local display and power electronics.

| Repeatability stated in the source configuration | ±2% from 0.1 to 120,000 Pa |
| Response time | ≤100 ms |
| Outputs | 0–10 V logarithmic analog; RS-485 Modbus RTU |
| Units | Pa, Torr and mbar |
| Process connection | KF16 stainless steel |
| Supply / consumption | 9–28 V DC / <1.2 W |
| Operating temperature | 0–40 °C |
| Maximum connected pressure | 130 kPa |
Thermal-conductivity readings are gas-dependent. Alarm thresholds for an insulation space must be established from the vessel design, baseline history and validated operating procedure; this monitor is not a certified safety device or pressure-relief component.
Confirm sensor placement, isolation valve, cable length, enclosure, power supply, display location, communications and environmental protection for the vessel.
