Description
2L-100 Diode Sputter-Ion Pump
The 2L-100 is a compact oil-free ion pump for laboratory and pilot vacuum systems, mass spectrometry and electron-optical equipment. It has no rotating parts and can be used as the holding pump after preliminary pump-down with a suitable high-vacuum system.
| Nitrogen pumping speed | 120 L/s |
|---|---|
| Argon pumping speed | Approximately 1.2 L/s |
| Ultimate pressure | ≤7 × 10−8 Pa |
| Maximum start pressure | ≤5 × 10−4 Pa |
| Inlet flange | CF150 |
| Maximum bakeout temperature | <200 °C with magnets / <300 °C without magnets |
| Bakeout jacket | Optional |
| High-voltage power supply | Included in the source configuration |
| Indicative dimensions | Approximately 350 × 250 × 307 mm |
| Indicative weight | Approximately 38 kg |
System performance depends on conductance, cleanliness, bakeout and gas composition. Confirm the current datasheet, voltage and polarity, controller, cable, magnets, optional bakeout jacket and flange before ordering.
LeakLab can provide incoming inspection, vacuum integration, leak testing, high-voltage setup and operator guidance subject to an agreed scope.
