CBVAC SSH100H Dry Screw Vacuum Pump
The SSH100H is a variable-pitch dry screw pump for processes that require an oil-free pumping chamber. A water-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous drive, nitrogen purge ports and remote control support integration into industrial vacuum equipment.

Actual power and pumping speed depend on inlet pressure, gas load, purge flow, cooling and drive settings. Process gases must be checked for corrosion, condensation, polymerization, ignition and toxicity; dry operation does not mean universal chemical compatibility.
Confirm voltage, phase, inlet variant, exhaust treatment, water quality, purge scheme, interface protocol, allowable gas load and service plan before ordering. Interlock cooling and exhaust ventilation with pump operation.
