Large configurable pumping unit based on the JFB-250/2201 turbomolecular pump. The detailed source specification gives 2,050 L/s for nitrogen, with DN250 LF/ISO-K or CF inlet versions.
Description
CBVAC JFJ-2201 High-Vacuum Pumping Unit
The JFJ-2201 is a high-throughput DN250 pumping unit for large process and research chambers. Backing, valves, gauge, frame and control package must be selected for the required gas load and cycle.

The 2201 designation is a product class; the detailed source table states 2,050 L/s for nitrogen. Confirm exact unit suffix, backing pump, flange, control package, frame, lifting points and cooling.
Use engineered supports, guarded lifting and interlocked backing, cooling, pressure, speed and vent sequences.
