Description
CBVAC JFJ-401 High-Vacuum Pumping Unit
The JFJ-401 uses the JFB-160/401 turbomolecular pump for systems that benefit from a DN160 high-conductance inlet. Backing and station auxiliaries are configuration-dependent.
| High-vacuum pump | CBVAC JFB-160/401 |
|---|---|
| Pumping speed | 400 L/s nitrogen; 320 L/s helium |
| Ultimate pressure of turbopump stage | ≤5 × 10−7 Pa CF; ≤5 × 10−6 Pa LF/ISO-K under stated conditions |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN160 LF/ISO-K or CF160 / KF40 |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 3–8 L/s |
| Turbopump control | Integrated 48 V DC or external 220 V AC controller; RS-485 Modbus RTU and logic I/O |
| Cooling | Air or water |
| Approximate unit weight | 36–47 kg in current JFJ-251/301/401 inventory, configuration-dependent |
The earlier source preview stated more than 460 L/s, but the supported JFB-160/401 specification is 400 L/s for nitrogen. Confirm all unit auxiliaries and the current guaranteed station performance.
