LeakLab Lite Integrable Helium Leak Detector

LeakLab Lite is a compact mass-spectrometer platform for vacuum-method measurement and automated helium leak-test equipment. It can be integrated into stations for small components, cryogenic-service tooling and other application-specific systems.

The former page mixed specifications from more than one analyzer and backing arrangement. The approved system specification must identify the analyzer, turbomolecular pump, backing pump, inlet conductance, vacuum and sniffer ranges, power, interfaces and supplied accessories.

The module is not a substitute for a chamber roughing station. Large test volumes normally require an external backing or auxiliary pump sized for the required cycle time.
