Turnkey workstation concept for quantitative helium leak measurement and local sniffer investigation. Detector, reference leak, probes, pressure-control equipment, fixtures, documentation and training are selected for the test object and destination market.
Description
LeakLab L Helium Leak-Location Workstation
The LeakLab L package establishes a practical area for vacuum-method testing and sniffer localization. It can combine a helium mass-spectrometer detector, reference leak, KF accessories, spray probe, sniffer equipment and pressure-control hardware.
Engineering scope
- Test-object review and selection of vacuum, sniffer or combined method
- Detector and pumping configuration sized for volume and cycle time
- Reference leak and response-check procedure for the required range
- Tracer-gas regulation, hoses, fixtures and safe exhaust routing
- Data interfaces, acceptance criteria, work instruction and operator training
The former page treated one ZQJ-based configuration as universal and promised compliance and personnel certification without a defined contract. This international page makes the boundary explicit: sensitivity, start pressure, interfaces, standards, training credentials and calibration status are guaranteed only in the approved project specification.
Helium pressure must never exceed the test object's approved limit. Where combustible gases, oxygen service or regulated pressure equipment are involved, a separate safety and conformity assessment is required.
