LeakLab Auto Automated Vacuum-Chamber Leak-Test Systems

LeakLab Auto systems perform repeatable integral helium testing with automated loading or manual loading, product evacuation or pressurization, chamber evacuation, measurement, venting and result logging.

Typical functions

One or more vacuum chambers with product-specific fixtures
Tracer-gas dosing, optional recovery and safe venting
Helium detector, reference leak and automated response checks
PLC sequencing, recipe control and part traceability
Reject handling, statistics and production-system interface
