Project-specific helium vacuum-chamber system that can be configured for class-based acceptance under a named customer or industry standard. Leak-rate thresholds, calibration, documentation and personnel requirements are defined contractually.
Description
LeakLab Atom Vacuum-Chamber Leak-Test System
LeakLab Atom is a configurable stand for integral helium testing of valves, penetrations, sealed components and other critical products. A sniffer method can be added for follow-up localization where the product and procedure permit it.
System scope can include
- Rated chamber, product fixture and pressure or evacuation circuit
- Helium mass-spectrometer detector and reference leak
- Roughing pumps, valves, gauges and background-control sequence
- Automated recipes, data logging and controlled report templates
- Method development, site acceptance and operator training
The source page referenced classes I–V of a GOST R standard and implied automatic compliance through a verified detector. For international delivery, the governing standard, class definitions, reject rate, test pressure, tracer concentration, calibration traceability and personnel scheme must be named in the contract. A detector certificate alone does not validate the complete stand or method.
Final sensitivity and cycle time are demonstrated with representative products, reference leaks and defined background conditions.
