Custom chambers and test stands for vacuum operation, leak testing and combined environmental exposure of electronic or industrial products. Vacuum, temperature, radiation, humidity and particulate functions are engineered as separate validated subsystems.
Description
Vacuum, Leak-Test and Combined-Environment Test Systems
LeakLab develops project-specific systems for testing products under vacuum and controlled environmental conditions. A system can combine only those effects required by the test specification.
Possible modules
- Vacuum chamber, pumping, gauges and gas handling
- Helium leak measurement or pressure-change testing
- Heating, cooling and thermal cycling
- Optical or solar-simulation sources
- Humidity, dust or sand exposure in equipment designed for that purpose
- Electrical feedthroughs, load operation and synchronized data acquisition
Not all effects can safely share one chamber. Humidity, dust, high vacuum, intense radiation and thermal cycling impose conflicting material, contamination and safety requirements. The final architecture follows the product qualification plan and risk assessment.
Performance is accepted by defined empty-chamber and loaded tests for pressure, temperature uniformity, ramp rate, instrumentation accuracy and other required parameters.
