LeakLab-900 Vacuum Drying Chamber
The LeakLab-900 platform supports low-temperature drying, vacuum bakeout and degassing where atmospheric heating could cause oxidation or excessive product temperature.

- Maximum product and chamber temperature
- Target pressure, drying time and endpoint method
- Vapor composition and need for condenser, trap or filtration
- Shelf heating, circulation, thermocouples and data logging
- Cleaning, material compatibility and contamination limits
The “900” designation does not establish usable volume or rated load without an approved drawing. Drying performance must be demonstrated with the actual product or a representative validation load.
Flammable solvents, oxygen-rich products, medical devices and battery materials require application-specific hazard and regulatory review before vacuum heating.
