Configurable high-vacuum chamber for turbomolecular pumping, vacuum-process development and helium leak-test fixtures. Port layout, useful volume, pressure rating, seals and acceptance performance are defined by project.
Description
LeakLab-125 High-Vacuum Test Chamber
The LeakLab-125 chamber platform is intended for laboratory and industrial vacuum testing. It can accept roughing and turbomolecular pumps, gauges, valves, helium connections and experimental feedthroughs.
Typical engineering scope
- Stainless-steel chamber and removable access flange
- ISO-K and KF pumping or instrumentation ports
- Supports, lifting points and service clearances
- Vacuum measurement and overpressure protection
- Optional electrical, motion, optical, gas or thermal feedthroughs
The “125” designation must not be treated as a guaranteed volume without the approved drawing. Confirm internal dimensions, allowable external and internal pressure, flange loads, material grade, surface finish, seal type, bakeout temperature, empty-chamber leak rate and base-pressure acceptance conditions.
A chamber designed only for external atmospheric load is not automatically rated for positive internal pressure.
