Engineered system for removing moisture from tanks, piping and internal cavities before leak testing or downstream processing. It combines evacuation, heated dry-gas purge and monitoring of pressure, temperature and humidity.
Description
LeakLab-OS Thermal-Vacuum Drying System
The LeakLab-OS alternates or combines vacuum with heated, dried gas to remove moisture from complex internal volumes. The process is configured for the product materials, geometry and cleanliness requirement.
Typical equipment
- Vacuum pump and moisture-compatible inlet protection
- Heated dry-air or inert-gas supply with flow and temperature control
- Pressure, temperature, humidity or dew-point measurement
- Valves, filters, condenser or cold trap as required
- Recipe controller, data logging and endpoint criteria
The former page referenced one domestic process document as though it were universal. For international projects, the applicable customer specification, maximum product temperature, permitted gas, dryness criterion and validation method must be identified explicitly.
Never introduce heated air into equipment containing flammable residues or oxygen-sensitive materials without a formal hazard review.
