Compact instrument-class turbomolecular pump with 295 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, DN100 CF or ISO-K inlet and DN25 ISO-KF foreline connection. The FF-100/300 supports air or water cooling, any-orientation mounting and compatible 24 V DC or 220 V AC control equipment.
Description
KYKY FF-100/300 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-100/300 is a compact grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing pump for analytical instruments, leak detectors, research systems and other high-vacuum equipment. Its compound pumping stage is designed to retain useful performance at elevated foreline pressure.
| Pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 295 / 250 / 200 / 305 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 109 / 1 × 106 / 1 × 105 / 1 × 109 |
| Ultimate pressure | 5 × 10−7 Pa with CF inlet; 2.5 × 10−6 Pa with ISO-K inlet |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN100 CF or DN100 ISO-K / DN25 ISO-KF |
| Maximum continuous / short-term foreline pressure | 500 / 700 Pa for nitrogen |
| Nominal rotor speed / start time | 51,000 rpm / ≤4 min |
| Cooling | Air or water; water flow 1 L/min at ≤25 °C |
| Supply and compatible control units | 24 V DC or 220 V AC; TD-300, TCP-240 or TC-100 listed by KYKY |
| Maximum power | 220 W |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 1–3 L/s |
| Mounting / weight | Any orientation / 8.5 kg ISO-K, 11 kg CF |
Confirm inlet configuration, controller, cables, cooling hardware, backing pump and communications interface when ordering. Ultimate pressure depends on the flange seal, chamber cleanliness, conductance and backing conditions.
Protect the rotor from particles, shock and sudden venting, and interlock the backing pump, cooling and rotor-speed signals.
