Compact air-cooled turbomolecular pump for analytical instruments and leak detectors. Current KYKY data gives 20 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, a DN40 ISO-KF inlet, DN16 ISO-KF foreline connection and ultimate pressure of ≤5 × 10⁻⁴ Pa.
Description
KYKY FF-40/25 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-40/25 is a small grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing turbomolecular pump for mass spectrometers, leak detectors and compact research instruments. It can be mounted in any orientation and uses forced-air cooling.

| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 106 / 6 × 102 / 1 × 102 / 1 × 106 |
| Ultimate pressure | ≤5 × 10−4 Pa |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN40 ISO-KF / DN16 ISO-KF |
| Maximum continuous / short-term foreline pressure | 500 / 1,000 Pa for nitrogen |
| Nominal rotor speed / start time | 36,000 rpm / ≤3 min |
| Cooling | Forced air |
| Supply and compatible control units | 24 V DC or 220 V AC; TD-25, TCP-100 or TC-100 listed by KYKY |
| Maximum power | 70 W |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 0.5–1 L/s |
| Mounting / weight | Any orientation / 3 kg |
The legacy source title quoted 25 L/s and 1 × 10−4 Pa. This page uses the current manufacturer's 20 L/s nitrogen speed and ≤5 × 10−4 Pa ultimate-pressure specification.
Confirm controller, cable, fan, backing pump and communications interface. Protect the rotor from particles, impact and sudden venting.
