Compact instrument turbomolecular pump with 82 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, DN63 CF or ISO-K inlet and DN16 ISO-KF foreline connection. The current FF-63/80 supports any-orientation mounting, air or water cooling and compatible 24 V DC or 220 V AC control equipment.
Description
KYKY FF-63/80 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-63/80 is a compact grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing turbomolecular pump for mass spectrometry, leak detection, analytical instruments and research vacuum systems. The specifications below follow KYKY's current product page; older manuals and the legacy source page contain different values.
| Pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 82 / 87 / 58 / 44 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 108 / 1 × 103 / 1 × 103 / 1 × 108 |
| Ultimate pressure | 8 × 10−7 Pa with CF inlet; 7 × 10−6 Pa with ISO-K inlet |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN63 CF or DN63 ISO-K / DN16 ISO-KF |
| Maximum continuous / short-term foreline pressure | 200 / 650 Pa for nitrogen |
| Nominal rotor speed / start time | 72,000 rpm / ≤3 min |
| Cooling | Air or water; water flow 1 L/min at ≤25 °C |
| Supply and compatible control units | 24 V DC or 220 V AC; TD-80, TCP-100 or TC-100 listed by KYKY |
| Maximum power | 90 W |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 0.5–2 L/s |
| Mounting / weight | Any orientation / 4.8 kg ISO-K, 6.5 kg CF in current KYKY data |
Confirm the exact production revision, inlet flange, controller, cables, cooling kit and communications interface. Do not combine dimensions or performance figures from the older FF-63/80HV revision with the current FF-63/80.
Use a rotor screen where appropriate and interlock backing, cooling, speed and controlled venting.
