Grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing turbomolecular pump with 110 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, DN100 CF or ISO-K inlet and DN25 ISO-KF foreline connection. The FF-100/110 supports any-orientation mounting and air or water cooling.
Description
KYKY FF-100/110 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-100/110 is a compact compound turbomolecular pump for research, vacuum furnaces, electronic-device production and other high-vacuum systems. Its high-strength rotor and grease-lubricated ceramic bearings support installation in any orientation.
| Pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 110 / 100 / 50 / 100 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 108 / 1 × 102 / 5 × 102 / 1 × 108 |
| Ultimate pressure | 6 × 10−7 Pa with CF inlet; 6 × 10−6 Pa with ISO-K inlet |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN100 CF or DN100 ISO-K / DN25 ISO-KF |
| Maximum continuous / short-term foreline pressure | 200 / 300 Pa for nitrogen |
| Nominal rotor speed / start time | 42,300 rpm / ≤3 min |
| Cooling | Air at 5–32 °C ambient, or water at ≥1 L/min and ≤25 °C |
| Supply and controller | 220 V AC ±10%; FD-110B |
| Maximum power | 300 W |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 2 L/s |
| Mounting / weight | Any orientation / 8 kg |
The legacy source title claimed 6 × 10−8 Pa and described indefinite maintenance-free operation. Current KYKY data supports 6 × 10−7 Pa for CF and does not justify a universal maintenance interval.
Confirm inlet version, FD-110B controller, cable, cooling arrangement and backing pump. Protect the rotor from particles, impact and abrupt venting.
