Grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing turbomolecular pump with 700 L/s nitrogen pumping speed, DN160 CF or ISO-K inlet and DN40 ISO-KF foreline connection. The FF-160/700 is water-cooled and supports any-orientation mounting.
Description
KYKY FF-160/700 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-160/700 is a compound turbomolecular pump for coating, vacuum furnaces, research, electronic-device production and other high-vacuum systems. Its grease-lubricated ceramic bearings and high-strength rotor support compact system integration.

Confirm inlet version, controller, cable, cooling kit and backing pump when ordering. The earlier source preview incorrectly stated a 1,300 L/s speed; the manufacturer's value for this model is 700 L/s for nitrogen.
Use safe lifting and interlocked backing, cooling, rotor-speed and controlled venting.
