Water-cooled grease-lubricated ceramic-bearing turbomolecular pump with 2,000 L/s nitrogen pumping speed. The FF-250/2000 has a DN250 CF or ISO-K inlet, DN50 ISO-KF foreline connection and any-orientation mounting.
Description
KYKY FF-250/2000 Turbomolecular Pump
The FF-250/2000 is a large compound turbomolecular pump for coating, plasma, vacuum furnace, research and industrial high-vacuum systems. It uses grease-lubricated ceramic bearings and water cooling.
| Pumping speed: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 2,000 / 1,600 / 740 / 1,900 L/s |
|---|---|
| Compression ratio: N₂ / He / H₂ / Ar | 1 × 108 / 1 × 104 / 6 × 103 / 1 × 109 |
| Ultimate pressure | 6 × 10−7 Pa with CF inlet; 6 × 10−6 Pa with ISO-K inlet |
| Main inlet / foreline | DN250 CF or DN250 ISO-K / DN50 ISO-KF |
| Maximum continuous / short-term foreline pressure | 200 / 650 Pa for nitrogen |
| Nominal rotor speed / start time | 24,000 rpm / ≤9 min |
| Cooling | Water, ≥1 L/min at ≤25 °C |
| Supply and compatible control units | 24 V DC or 220 V AC; TCDP-II, FD-IIB, TD-II or TCP-II listed by KYKY |
| Maximum power | 750 W |
| Recommended backing-pump speed | 15 L/s |
| Mounting / weight | Any orientation / 32 kg ISO-K, 35 kg CF |
The legacy source title claimed 6 × 10−8 Pa. Current KYKY data gives 6 × 10−7 Pa for CF and 6 × 10−6 Pa for ISO-K.
Confirm suffix, flange, controller, cables, cooling and backing pump. Use certified lifting and interlocked backing, cooling, speed and controlled venting.
